MMM...Peach Mint Juleps

Someone asked the question the other day on social media: What are you going to do to celebrate when Trump leaves office? Lots of people replied they would celebrate with a party. Which leads to the next question: if you're throwing a party, what are you going to drink?

As far as I'm concerned, whether he is impeached, resigns, loses the election, or is carried out like Julian Assange, I'm having a party, and I'm serving these, and are they delicious...MMMM Peach Mint Juleps!

They are so easy to make, if you can find the Crown Royal Peach Whiskey, which is hard to find in some places. Luckily, my neighborhood liquor store has a small stash.

Ingredients
powdered sugar
crushed ice
fresh mint leaves
Crown Royal Peach Whiskey

In each 12 oz. glass, place four fresh mint leaves, 1 tsp. powdered sugar, and a couple teaspoons of water. Gently stir, or muddle (like the evidence). Add crushed ice almost to the top of the glass. Then pour 3 ounces of Crown Royal Peach into the glass and stir well. The glass should turn frosty.

Make sure you have approval from the Congressional Oversight Committee. Garnish with more mint, peaches, or an American flag umbrella. Drink up and celebrate freedom from tyranny!

They go down smoother than a subpoena, make you feel like 400 million bucks (military budget for Ukraine). Here's to MMMM Peach Mint!
